Hi, I’m Param Dhaliwal — a Software Engineer and 3x certified Salesforce Developer passionate about building smart, scalable solutions that make life easier for users and businesses.
I hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science with major in Network Security Applications Development from BCIT, with hands-on experience in full-stack development using both object-oriented and procedural programming. Over the years, my focus has been on Salesforce using Apex, automation, and integrations (in case the confetti didn't give it away). Lately, I’ve been diving into MuleSoft to strengthen my integration skills. I love simplifying complex problems and always staying curious.
My focus is on streamlining workflows, supporting cross-functional teams, and building smooth integrations with tools like CPQ, Stripe, or Mulesoft. I enjoy turning business requirements into efficient processes, creating clear documentation, and helping users get the most out of Salesforce.
