I hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science with a focus on Network Security and Applications Development from BCIT. Over the years, I’ve specialized in Salesforce administration, automation, and integrations, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enable better decision-making.
My experience includes designing Lightning components, automating processes with Flows and Apex, and integrating Salesforce with external tools like CPQ, Stripe, and MuleSoft.
